MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024.

Isiah Gibson, 20, of Marion was arrested for Obstructing Identification and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Aug. 28, 2024, in the 900 block of West Cherry Street.

Brayden Wallace, 23, of Harrisburg was arrested for Possession of Look Alike Substance, Violation of Controlled Substance Act, and Receive/Possess Stolen Vehicle on Aug. 26, 2024, in the 1400 block of West DeYoung Street.

Ariel Houston, 45, of Marion was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection and Criminal Damage to Property in the 1200 block of East Boyton Street on Aug. 29, 2024.

Joshua Peterson, 20, of Carterville was arrested for Illegal Possession of Ammunition without a FOID Card and Reckless Driving in the 1100 block of North Carbon Street on Aug. 28, 2024.

James Holmes, 24, of Creal Springs was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property on Aug. 29, 2024, in the 1200 block of South Court St.

Robert Starcher, 36, of Tampa, FL, was issued citations for Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on Aug. 31, 2024, in the area of West Main Street and Comfort Drive.

Brandon Ragain, 35, of Marion was arrested for Driving While License Suspended on Sept. 2, 2024, in the area of South Market Street and Golf Course Road.

Leonard Davis, 36, of Tuscola, IL, was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Sept. 1, 2024.

Reva Warnsman, 40, of Harrisburg was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart and Criminal Trespass to Property on Aug. 30, 2024.

Krista Overmeyer, 53, of Marion was arrested for Threatening a Public Official and Aggravated Assault to a Police Officer on Aug. 30, 2024 in the 3300 block of West DeYoung Street.

Faith Rogers, 26, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property on Sept. 3, 2024. in the 2300 block of West Main Street (Casey’s).
