WEST FRANKFORT – Helen Ann Bennett, 82, of West Frankfort passed away on Wednesday morning, April 16, 2025.

She was born in Bowling Green, OH, on July 31, 1942, the daughter of Kenneth & Helen Frances (Plouck) Bloom.

She married Cecil Bennett, and he preceded her in death in 2013.

Mrs. Bennett loved her grandkids and watching TV.

Mrs. Bennett is survived by her:

Jason Bennett & wife Shasta of West Frankfort
Danny Bennett of Granite City

10 grandchildren

7 great-grandchildren

Joann Galloway

Mrs. Bennett was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson & 4 siblings.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 19th, at the Morton & Johnston Funeral Home in Benton.

Visitation will be after 2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
