HARRISBURG – “Boo in the Burg” happens tonight from 5 to 7 in Harrisburg.

This is the annual business to business night of trick or treating.

So grab your Halloween costume and join in on the fun starting at City Hall on East Locust Street.

Citywide trick or treating is set for Thursday, Oct. 31.
