It's Warrant Wednesday in Franklin County

BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2024.

Forty-year-old Jerret L. Hopper is wanted out of Franklin County for home repair fraud. He was last known to be living in the Herrin area.

Twenty-eight-year-old Robert L. Digby is wanted out of Franklin County for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.

Fifty-eight-year-old Stephen H. Marlin is wanted out of Franklin County for possession of a firearm without a valid FOID. He was last known to be living in the Herrin area.

If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
