Deputies searched his vehicle and found four plastic baggies underneath some ice in a cup. One bag had cocaine, another had cannabis, and the remaining two had fentanyl.
Waterford said the drugs were his. He was cited for Possession of Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Possession of Controlled Substance (Fentanyl), Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in A Motor Vehicle, Driving While License Suspended and Failure to Signal When Required.
Waterford was taken to and lodged in the Williamson County Jail.
