CARMI – Two people are facing drug-related charges after being pulled over by Carmi Police early Saturday morning on Oakland Street.
Police say 42-year-old Ryan P. Nalley of McLeansboro was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle by a Driver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Obstructing Justice for destroying evidence once inside jail. Nalley remains in jail due to his charges.
Thirty-four-year-old Alyssa B. Burlison of Benton was arrested for Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle by a Passenger. Burlison was given a Notice to Appear and released from jail.
