CARMI – There will be a planned power outage for the purpose of upgrades in Carmi Wednesday. 

Areas that will be affected from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 8:50 a.m. include College Boulevard, Montgomery Circle, Abelson Drive, Wilmar Drive, Cora Street, William Street, Sylvia Street and 508-523 Bohleber Drive (both sides of the road).

Areas that will be affected from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 11:30 a.m. include 513, 513A, 513 B, 515, 517 Plum Street, 501, 503, 505, 507 Bohleber Drive, 620-820 S. Church, 100 block of Park Lane Drive, Cameo Lane, Evergreen Street, Holly Lane, Newport Tar Springs Drive, Paint Creek Lane, Rice Street, Iris Lane and from the City of Carmi Line Barn to the Waste Water Treatment Plant on both sides of the road.
