MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024. 

Christina Ellett, 31, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Oct. 14, 2024, in the 200 block of North Carbon Street.

Jose Leonardo Pina, 45, of Miramar, FL, was arrested for Manufacturing Counterfeit Registration, Fraudulent Display of Registration, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Operating a Vehicle without a Valid Driver’s License and Possession of an Open Title on Oct. 15, 2024, in the 1700 block of West DeYoung Street.

Justin Pina, 25, of Herrin was arrested for Manufacturing a Forged Vehicle Registration and Failure to Transfer Vehicle Title on Oct. 15, 2024, in the 1700 block of West DeYoung Street.

Jakob Lindquist, 26, of Marion was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License and a Suspended Vehicle Registration on Oct. 19, 2024, in the 900 block of West Main Street.
