MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024. 

Desmond Harris, 31, of Atlanta, GA, was issued a citation for Unlawful Transportation of Cannabis by Driver on Aug. 22, 2024, in the area of West DeYoung Street and Skyline Drive.

Jayden Malone, 22, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery/Cause Bodily Harm and Battery in the 2100 block of Melanie Lane on Aug. 23, 2024.

Luis Adrain, 28, of Royalton was arrested for Pedestrian Walking in the Roadway and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Aug. 25, 2024, in the 1300 block of Halfway Road.

Timothy Besix, 34, of Marion was arrested for Public Indecency/Lewd Exposure in the 1700 block of West DeYoung Street on Aug. 25, 2024.

Scott Swanson, 36, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery/Bodily Harm and Domestic Battery on Aug. 25, 2024, in the 1900 block of Suzanne Drive.
