BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, July 29, 2024. 

7-23-24 Stephen C. Squibb, age 52, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seatbelt. 

7-23-24 Steven P. Langley, age 25, of Smithville, TN, was arrested for possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

7-23-24 Kayliegh L. Green, age 20, of Mt. Vernon was arrested for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, possession of adult use cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a Peace Officer. Green was also issued traffic citations for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

7-23-24 Alexis N. Robinson, age 24, of Fairfield, IL, was issued a traffic citation for violation of no passing zone.

7-24-24 Tyler J. Craft, age 19, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

7-24-24 Thomas R. Nolen, age 40, of Harrisburg was arrested for domestic battery.

7-24-24 Nathaniel R. Sloan, age 21, of Benton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to manufacture/deliver a controlled substance.

7-25-24 Michael W. Johnson, age 41, of St. Louis, MO, was arrested for driving while license revoked and illegal possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle. Johnson was also issued a traffic citation for improper lane usage.

7-25-24 Patrick L. Gurley, age 67, of Sesser was arrested for resisting a Peace Officer, theft and arson.

7-25-24 Cameron D. Whipple, age 24, of Mt. Vernon was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

7-26-24 Phillip D. Dailey, age 41, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

7-26-24 Lucas M. White, age 18, of McLeansboro was issued a traffic citation for improper use of registration. 

7-26-24 Elisabeth M. Angus, age 40, of Sesser was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

7-27-24 Tyler S. Poynor, age 39, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery. 

7-27-24 Adessa J. Briggs, age 23, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

7-28-24 Robert L. Dambacher, age 59, of Mechanicsburg, IL, was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle without a valid registration. 

7-28-24 Matthew R. Uhles, age 36, of Benton was issued traffic citations for speeding and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

7-28-24 Justin T. Maramba, age 30, of Mt. Vernon was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

7-29-24 Zachary S. Gillmore, age 22, of Johnston City was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

7-29-24 Clayton M. Woodland, age 23, of Mulkeytown was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

7-29-24 Ramona E. Cardona-Lemire, age 28, of Zeigler was issued a traffic citation for speeding. 

WARRANT ARRESTS

7-22-24 Richelle L. Haase, age 44, of Tunnel Hill, IL. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

7-22-24 Diego D. Nevith, age 50, of Herrin. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

7-26-24 Derek A. Selby, age 28, of Benton. Violation of an order of protection. 

7-27-24 Jesse L. Bagley, age 26, of West Frankfort. Perry County failure to appear for theft, criminal trespass to property and resisting a Peace Officer.

7-28-24 Brianna N. Baldwin, age 39, of Herrin. Failure to appear for possession of a stolen vehicle. 

The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
