MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. 

Robert Hastings, 37, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Pretrial Release on June 20, 2024, in the 700 block of North Court Street. Hasting was issued an additional citation on June 26, 2024, for the same charge.

Ashley Brown, 38, of Benton was arrested for Possession of Another’s Credit/Debit/Identification Card and Possession of Cannabis by Passenger on June 2024 in the 3200 block of Banterra Drive.

Clayton Holmes, 31, of Marion was issued citations for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Cannabis by Driver on June 20, 2024 in the 3200 block of Banterra Drive.

Dustin Avery, 32, of New Burnside was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of a Controlled Substance on June 21, 2024, in the area of Longstreet Road.

Brandon Williams, 36, of Herrin was arrested for Aggravated Battery and Domestic Battery in the areas of Brooks Drive and Williamson County Parkway on June 22, 2024.

Justin Wolaver, 43, of Marion was issued a citation for Criminal Trespass to Property in the 200 block of North Court Street on June 30, 2024.

Erica Hart, 31, of Marion was arrested for Motor Vehicle Theft on June 26, 2024, in the 700 block of North Carbon Street.

Adrielle Gaston, 22, of Marion was issued a citation for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Driver on June 26, 2024, in the 1400 block of Pharoah Way.

James Pugh-Segler, 20, of Marion was issued a citation for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Passenger on June 26, 2024, in the 1400 block of Pharoah Way.

David Brunk, 52, of Johnston City was arrested for Violation of Pretrial Release on June 27, 2024, in the 3300 block of West DeYoung Street.

Bradley Schram, 37, of Zeigler was issued a citation for Littering in the 2600 block of The Hill Avenue on June 27, 2024.

Kaitlyn Abernathy, 22, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery on June 28, 2024, in the 600 block of East Union Street.

Richard Campbell II, 29, of Thompsonville was arrested for Sexual Predator Presence/Loitering within 500 feet of Public Park on June 28, 2024, in the 900 block of North Bentley Street.

Raymond Long, 24, of Marion was arrested for Theft in the 800 block of North Court Street on June 28, 2024.

Aeric Nichelson, 43, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 500 block of East Thorn Street on June 30, 2024.

Jeffrey Morneweg, 59, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property on June 30, 2024, in the 1300 block of Enterprise Way.

Jonah Hogue, 40, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+ on June 30, 2024, in the 900 block of Old Creal Springs Road.

Joseph Cottingham, 44, of Benton was arrested for Manufacturing/Delivery of Methamphetamines and Possession of Methamphetamines 15-100 grams on June 30, 2024, in the 1300 block of North Bentley Street.

Michelle Ketterer, 44, of Carbondale was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines, Improper Signal and Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Valid Driver’s License on June 30, 2024, in the 1300 block of North Bentley Street.

Benjamin Cyr, 62, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery on June 30, 2024 in the 600 block of Lake Harbor Drive.
